it says r16 7.50 on the wall of my tire, im used to seeing 205/65 r16 on tires, can someone explain or translate?? thanks

imperial size - 7.50 inches wide same as the side wall .
205/65r16 is metric -- 205 mm wide by 65% ( of the width ) high by 16" ( rim )
