So.. A few years back I replaced my drum brakes Salisbury with a disc braked one I got off ebay. It had recent discs and pads so I just refurbed the calipers and fitted it.
The pads are now worn out so I took one to my local Indy and he struggled to match them, not helped by me not knowing what year the axle was.
He eventually matched them(pic of the box they came in shown) and said they were late 300 or early td5.
Anywhoo... I want to replace the discs as well now but want to do a big internet order with other stuff a mate wants ,to save a few quid. my Indy is well exspensive.
Are all Salisbury discs the same?
Their solid BTW.

Hi, I upgraded the rear Salisbury axle on my 110 200tdi from drums to discs, I used the same brake pads as you have and the brake discs I used were FTC 3846 but don't know if they are the same on all Salisbury axles.

Cheers Ian, that sounds pretty conclusive, unless someone else pipes up to throw a spanner in the works, I'll order them.
Ta.

salisbury do only use ftc3846 and stc1601 pads
Cheers JM, my Indy really struggled to find the pads, came back to the counter twice, once to say "you sure it's a Salisbury?" And
" you sure it's not orf a Disco?"
Britpart OK for a disc supplier do you know James?
