I have just completed a service with no experience or knowledge of this vehicle, how ever 40 yrs of mechanical experience I should have completed it sooner . I have never conducted such a hide and seek service in a while. The undertray was a b*** ache , the fuel filter as well , were talking my partner's TD4 '04 on , the air filter a bigger b*** ache fitting the cover back on , and the pollen filter , well a little easier, shouldn't have chosen a cheap britpart both air and pollen.
However its done , anyone needing help , I'm willing to assist , although this forum has been a godsend to unfamiliar territory, much prefer my disco, having said that the td4 has been pretty good in the last 4yrs ownership.
Now for the rear tracking arms and their bushes(front). They are noisy on the farm track!
Then there's the water in the boot , which I have read that this could be a number of reasons. Like the seal round the tool tray or what I don't know.

you door seal could also be part of letting water into the boot area. I use a flexi shaft on the back Allen keys bolts on the air filter once you have put the key in it helps, I am dreading doing my fuel filter on my 2006 td4,
