Welder in north west - rear crossmember

Hi all. Just wondering if anyone knows of a welder as close to widnes as possible. Even better would be a mobile one as the 90 is SORNed and I can't get it on the road till this is sorted (plate on chassis between rear wheel and crossmember, or whole crossmember replacing), vicious circle really.

Oh, and if I'm not already asking enough they need to be cheap as I still haven't managed to land a job. My own fault for thinking a marine biology degree would leave me qualified to work anywhere other than a fish & chip shop.
