The welds could be much better. Importantly, what's the surrounding steel like and is the patch of correct thickness? If this was mine and I was happy with the parent metal and repair patch I'd clean out the existing repair welds, lay in new weld and lightly buzz back. I far prefer to see clean strong even weld protruding from a repair than buzzing back to surface and covering with a chassis paint/schultz and/or waxoyl.

Hi , i cut out and Made a fitting steel , and welded in, no idea if i Burned deep enough. At Last i Grinded the Weld down

Id reweld that but Im a fussy bugger with my welding, agree with his prep work though.. the surrounding
metal needs cleaning right back it looks rusty, dirty & contaminated with sealant.

I grind the rust down before welding, Not shown in pictures

You really needed a gap between the bits of steel before welding, then you can grind the weld down with no issues, what you may have there is a butt joint with most of the weld sitting on the surface, and as you have flap disced down most of the protruding weld there may not be much actual weld holding the steel together?

Yup a v joint is wots needed.

I know what you mean , dont know if the gap was big enough but at my endoscope Camera it Looks like Metall Melt through the gap.
If Not only Option cut out and Weld again?

If boroscope shows the weld has made it through then no worries its good to go.
