We are changing our 3.5V8 manual to a 3.9V8 with autobox

Hi, we are changing our early 110 3.5V8County - on a Y (1983) plate first time round to a 3.9V8 & autobox. Has anyone else done a similar conversion & did you have any problems please?

my 83 y reg 3.5 v8 on carbs was swapped to a 4.2v8 lse engine and box

straight forward.but i would fit discs to rear axle and vented to front ,this has allways placated insurance companys when we do it,discs can be fitted to your axle or fresh one bought

no dont auto on 3.9 is perfect
