Water leak on throttle body

I have a 4.6 thor engine in my range rover. It has got an annoying water leak on the throttle body. I have had it repaired by the garage twice, but keeps coming back.
Anyone got any idears on how to fix it once and for all.

by pass it, its not really required here in the uk! i by-passed mine and think its a good thing as the air temp entering engine is cooler so you have a larger oxygen content!
what did they do? was new parts fitted?
its not really a hard thing to fix so i would think twice about using them again if i was you!
