Hello,

I have problem with water in the small compartment illustrated by the photo. I suspected the fuel filler and tried to seal around it and especially where two arrows point. Still after a heavy rain water enters even if I don't drive the car, so my question is if there shouldn't be sealant around the entire filler neck and maybe even the outer arches?

Later in summer I will remove all the arches and have a proper look, maybe it is obvious but any advice what it could be is welcome. The carpets and cubby box are all dry, at least something but still annoying.

Thank you in advance
/Chris

Cheers!
Thanks to both of you.
There is som slight amount of water behind the cap, I put some paper towel there.
I will also check the washer hose, that could explain why I can't replicate the leakage using the water hose.

Hi

Just a quick report back, unfortunately it wasn't a leaking washer hose.
After a heavy rain with the car parked with the rear a bit higher the carpet got wet plus so a never ending story :). Theres no water shedder atm so will put a sheet of polyurethane for now, anyone know the material for the small water shedder (AWR 5166 https://rimmerbros.com/Item--i-AWR5166)?
I put some tape over the fuel filler and still water in the quarter casing so it must seep in through behind the panels .

I found a Technical Bulletin that will come useful for me and maybe others, will report back how it goes. Will wait for better weather first..
