Wanted 130/127 double cab for tipper project

i'm after a130/127 double cab for a tipper project 200tdi/300tdi/2.5td anything considered

and would it be worth buying a county 110 and a new 130 chassis or is it to much hassle with vosa would it need to be re reged

the replacing of chassis has been covered loads of times. you would need to contact VOSA before you start and agree what evidence they will want, and you'll probably still end up with a Q plate.
