need help with the transfer box breather location, from what i've read on it the gearbox and transfer have there own breathers, done the gearbox but havent the slightest where the transfer breath is meant to go, im hinting on the part number circled in the attachment (3292). but this is coming back as the oil level filler plug.
as a last resort i was going to go down the gearbox method and dril and tap a hole for the breather in one of the gearbox's inspection covers.
can any one help before i dive into it and f**k the cover up.

forgot the picture here it is

thanks for the reply, ive seen that filler half way up i removed the bolt i circled, in pictre, the other day and its got a spring and what looks look a ball bearing under it. so must be for a pressure release or something. i myt just play it safe and go the way the gearbox is and drill and tap a hole for a breather cant be having any more set backs on this restoration.

that plug with spring is the detent for high/low ,t/box breathes through top tin plate on gear box top why would you want to fit another

read somewhere that the gearbox and transfer need there own breathers if wading so just assumed this. happy days if the transfer releases pressure from the gearbox breather, saves me some pennies in buying an extra breather.
