Today i changed my diff seals as they have been leaking a lot, so to do this props have to come off, All done now and sorted but i now have gained a vibration between 40-50 mph only under power and it stop if i dip the cluch any ideas

That you didn't put them back together properly.

You have to make sure they are 45 deg to each other otherwise the weight of the UJs is all on the quarters (imagine 2 "X"s on top of each other, rotate them through 45 deg) otherwise they will be liable to vibration as they won't be equally weighted.

thats most likly it will have a look in the morning i am pritty sure i put them back as they came off so if i did any thing else it could be

If it isn't that then the most likely other culprit is the UJs themselves, but if it was fine before then that's most likely!
