just thinkin about my VCU ihave checkt it and it turns but its bloody stiff to turn u realy have to give it some, now if it was nackered would it u be able to turn it still or just not turn at all??? if this make sence?

they get stiffer over time ,till eventually they seize solid , to some extent it depends how you pull on bar ,the harder you pull the quicker you try to turn it the stiffer vc gets thats its function try if with 3ft bar and gently slowly pull if it really is a ball acher to turn slowly replace it
