Ive owned my car since January when it was on 84k, its now just below 90k. Reading the forum seems as though Im in the danger area regards to mileage. Ive checked it using the tippex test - despite being told this is a waste of time. Also reversing on full lock in both directions. All seems ok
Just trying to find out what to look for with faulty ones incase I miss mine when it starts to fail.

The change is so progressive you won't notice it. If I were in your position and at 90k I'd change it now. The longer you wait the more worry and risk of damage.
