Apart from the obvious "don't buy the first two" and the silly money LR pump, which of these would you go for ?

Mine is starting to weep out the little hole but hopefully ok for a few days.

So got the Britpart one with 2 year warranty. Seems quite good quality & has the metal impeller, but time will tell. Fitted this morning, with no hassles except grazed my thumb on the radiator cowl.
 
An unknown brand of water pump fitted by a garage a couple of years ago failed a few months ago. It looked like the bearings failed as the vanes of the impeller had gouged out the innards of the pump before digging in & jamming tight leading to a snapped serpentine belt. I was in France when this happened & ordered a medium priced Britpart pump from the excellent https://www.rld-autos.com/fr/ I have now decided that I need to replace my viscous fan coupling so as I was going to mucking about in the area that I would fit an Airtex pump as this is the one that everyone recommends. I have just had the Airtex water pump delivered & it seems to be considerably heavier than the Britpart pump with heavier gauge metal for the vanes of the impeller. When I get round to fitting the Airtex pump I shall have take some photos to compare the pumps.

That pump looks to good to use.
I replaced my Discos STC4379G pump at £52.00 including vat and delivery, from Stratton LR parts on eBay, that was back in 2012 due to the pumps bearing falling, at only 41324 miles… so much for LR genuine parts.
The replacement pump had the roughish alloy casting finish so a bit of rubbing down was required so the hose would slid on easer also the impeller fitted is metal.

The pump bearing fail was due I believe to the viscous coupling’s fan wobble found to be slight when removing, so the coupling was also replaced, with also replacing the coolant made for a nice Saturday morning job, and still the only mechanical issue with the engine in its 24 years.:D
