Good morning all
Any help appreciate
I have removed air filter cover and engine cover and found all the vacuum plastic pipes leading to throttle body and various other location.
Question is should I be feeling vacuum suction from these pipes as nothing is happening with them when I have popped them all out of there area, the only vacuum suction I can hear and feel is from the throttle body when I remove the black hoses.

What to do next ? What to try

The pipes on the top of the engine are breather pipes, so won't have any real vacuum at them.
Are they broken (common) ,if not what's the concern?

Hi
Thanks for reply. I just for some reason expected there to be a feel of suction in them, aswell because they link to the large throttle body hose for intake.
They are in excellent condition and I’m just trying to find my feet with this new v6, as there a lot of black pipes I wondered what they all did, and expected some sort of vacuum as previously owner said there were vacuum

There are two types of crankcase breather pipes on the KV6. There's a small pipe that is under a very mild vacuum when the engine is at idle. You can just feel a small vacuum at this pipe while the engine is idling.
I've marked this pipe with red dots in this picture.

There's also a larger breather pipe that is under mild vacuum when the throttle is fully opened. The rest of the time it's actually under mild pressure from the crankcase.
I've marked this pipe with green dots in the picture below.

Hope this helps.

I hope the PO looked after it properly as most don't, and the KV6 doesn't tolerate poor maintenance with costly repairs as a result. Unfortunately they are often bodged and sold off quickly, rather than repairing them.

NAS or USA versions of the kv6 engine didn't have the cable. They used an electric signal to control the engine speed. They sold the same setup to some non USA markets also.
