upgrading 200 tdi headlights

hi all im new to the forum so please go easy on me ive got a 200 tdi discovery and want to upgrade headlights to the 300 larger type does anyone know if they are straight swap if not whats involved in changing them also can the dash be upgraded to a 300tdi dash whats involved in changing any mods need doing any help gratly appreciated :confused:
 
the mods yr suggesting are absoulutely pointless..if ya want a 300 look disco buy a 300

the 200 lights are more durable than the 300,as the hockeystick bits will fallout eveytime u go thru deep water,and the dash is just lots of work for no gain atall
