Upgraded alloy wheels, will it work?

Hi,

I've seen a fair few alloy wheels on ebay for defender, discovery, range rover, freelander etc. Is there anyway these will fit a series landrover? Will using wheel spacers work and if so how much will it need to be spaced out and which of the above wheels will fit?

dont bother, it aint worth the expense and the hassle, if you want to upgrade series rims use either rangerover steel rostyles, discovery steels,8 spokes or modulars, not only ewould you have to space em out about 2 inches you would also need to extend the wheel arches.
