Updating my l322 to 2010 spec??

Good morning all, i have tried searching the forum before posting this but could'nt seem to find my answers :( Ive just bought a 53 plate Rangerover td6 and im wanting to fit the newer front end, im still undecided if to fit the 2005-2009 front end or spend more and fit the 2010-2012 front end, my questions are.... Is the 2005-2009 front end easier to fit than the 2010 front end? I was under the impression it was bolt on/bolt off stuff but after watching a video on youtube of a guy fitting the 2010 front end he had to modify brackets etc etc? So is the 2005-2009 front end an easier option?? Thanks in advance for any help or comments :)
 
wheeler dealers did an episode from 02 to an 09 lift but simplifies it a lot but you can probably find the whole episode somewhere, in my opinion if you are going to go to the trouble you may as well do the 2012, i dont think it will be much different in terms of work but the parts maybe a bit more expensive, especially the 2012 headlights but much better look i think

I know the rear lights need to be electrically modified
when I was looking to do one the rear lights alone were about a grand or so
