Unable to locate Rave manual for TD4 Fuel Delivery

I downloaded the Rave manual last night, but the Workshop Manual of the version I have is titled

WORKSHOP MANUAL - SERVICE
PROCEDURES

And only has FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM - PETROL section and nothing for the TD4 Is there another version of Rave that covers the 2003 TD4 BMW engine or is that not available?

My Haynes manual hopefully arrives tomorrow, but this manual is very detailed and looks like it would cover all I need to know (if I could find it)
