I'd edit your post if I were you matey, asking about tyres on here is a red rag to a bull type thing. It's been covered 1000's of times, just do a search and keep your head down for a while.

If you mean wider mainly for road use, there's really only one practical option size-wise:
235/60 16 100H or 235/60 100T
Make sure they're for 4X4 and are marked M+S or you'll get a car tyre.
If you want them for 'real' more heavy-duty off-road use, someone else with more knowledge of such things will no doubt be along soon to take the p*ss.
