used to run on insa turbo special tracks, absolutely brilliant, in fact sometimes it was no fun as they could easily take up any challenge i put in front of them.

Now im running a different motor and im runnning on 235/75 (15s)

These are just road tyres, but im looking to get some ATs or MTs on them..

just wondering, is the "wider" tyre better than a "narrow" tyre?

am i better to stick with 235s or should i go for a wider tyre or narrower tyre? i dont think i could go much wider, i could maybe just squeeze into 265s?

how do the insa turbo dakar's or sahara's fair up? I dont do a lot of off-roading, just a bit of laning, but looking to visit some pay n play sites.

i run insa turbo ranger 265/70/r16 on my defender 110 do green laning and pay and play with no probs

me n wiltshire disagree on wide vs narrow.....

But we agree that it gets boring quickly! N I canot be arsed today!

I run dakars standard size 235/75 r16 and they are brilliant off road and don't have too much road noise, don't think wider will help at all but as has been said it's a boring debate I'm not going to get into it, it's your choice.
