Hi guys,

Has anyone converted a 7 seat disco into a van? Just leaving the two front seats.
I have just bred off my dog and I wil soon have 4 dogs to transport around with me and don't want to get rid of the disco.

I would appreciate some pictures or ideas

Thanks mike

Dude, are these big dogs? - I'd be interested to see what you come up with... I have a Rottweiler and a spaniel that fit fine in mine, but I would imagine 4 would need a shoe horn.

3 lurchers will be 26" + at the shoulder and a little terrier, definitely wing be enough room as it is so I need to do something, any one got any pics stage by stage on fitting a
Floor?

We get 2 Pyrenees into the back of a disco with no mods, they're always happy in there and have enough room to lie down. I'd say if you take the rear seats out and use adhesive rubber matting all over the shop you'll be fine

Turning disco into van, step by step:

Remove every piece of interior trim/seating/carpet etc from behind front seats rearwards.

Commence obligatory boot floor welding repairs

*waits whilst welding repairs are carried out*

Get a large piece of rubber sheet from a local rubber merchant and carefully cut to shape of disco floor.

Obtain a load guard from a disco commercial and bolt in behind front seats to contain load area.

Job done.
