Turbocharger hoses.

This one has got me baffled.....
TD5 runs great BUT..... After a short run theres a total loss of power. Lift the lid, poke, prod (as ya do) then spotted the hose from the intercooler to the manifold had sucked in on itself. Result!. New hose fitted & off we go. Yippee!..... Then it does it again... Take hose off manifold & limp home.
New air filter in, same.... disconnect wastegate, moves free enough.... have spotted the hoses on the turbocharger to intercooler dont get sucked in so could the intercooler be at fault.....
Any ideas oh wise ones?.....

OK. An update.
Changed the wastegate modulator module.... No change....
Any ideas?

Have you pulled the intercooler and made sure its not clogged? You can wash it out with petrol but make sure you drain and dry it before running the engine.
While you have the intercooler out why not join the turbo hoses together and see if things run nicely?

Not had the intercooler out yet Mr Shifty...Think thats a weekend job...Will have a go at bypassing the intercooler & see what happens. Strange thing is, this has come on all of a sudden.... Bloody odd.
