Turbo problems

I am having problems with my turbo, on a 2014 .2 Defender. It accelerates so far and no further. I have been advised that the problem is probably with the wiring to the actuator. I can locate wiring kits to repair the wiring on a 2.4 but can find nothing for a 2.2. Is there a repair kit for a 2.2 and if so who can supply it.
