Depends what you mean by pressured up. What is the problem that is causing you to look at the turbo pipe?

No it is not pressured up on tick over. The engine will be using more air than the turbo can make at idle.

Just double checking guys because as i have said have had a lot of probs with it bought it 2 years ago didn't have an ounce of trouble 4 the first 12 months then 1 day she decided 2 over heat and spill her guts revealing gold glitter in the water so was suspicious so once home removed the head 2 reveal blown head gasket and cracked head in 4 places so once rebuilt took her 4 the MOT just about 2 put her on the rollers and the turbo blew filling the MOT station and yard in smoke so sourced a new turbo fitted it at the garage as its a m8 of mine flushed and everything collected her a few days after as he MOT'd whilst it was there all was fine so decided 2 bring her home 3 mile down the road she died again got her home 2 find the crank pulley bolt had come loose tightened her up and have got her back up and running and am now just checking everything guys as she is proving 2 b a problem child ..

Make sure the crank pully bolt is tightened correctly, if it comes loose you lose the oil pump drive.

Tell me about it forgot 2 mention this is the 2nd time its come loose i think it was responsible 4 blowing the turbo as it came loose a few days b4 the turbo blew but tightened it up and thread locked it so thought it would b fine but i have bin proven wrong so am just trying 2 make sure everything is spot on now ..

Look in RAVE for the torque figure it's seriously high.
