Turbo Oil Feed Pipe adapter - ETC5755

Hi guys, I'm swapping the turbocharger over on my 19J engine - I bought a replacement used one in decent condition from Richard Hall some time ago and when I've come to fit it the oil feed pipe is different from my existing one (flare nut vs. banjo). I picked up a new pipe from Richards Military Surplus for £20 quid, problem I have is that the pipe to block adapter is also different, and the only ones I can find for sale online are genuine LR part number ETC5755 replacements at about £130...! Does anyone know of a source of used bits like this and can point me in the right direction? There must be dozens kicking around somewhere...

Just in case anyone has read this and has the same issue - I got a -4 AN to M12 x 1.5 Male Male Adapter from a local hydraulics supplier today for £3.50 including a Dowty Washer - the Hex is larger but fits in the recess / counterbore in the block perfectly.

Could you not have just bought the correct pipe for the block?
