Hi folks me first post unfortunately not a positive one, I've started experiencing the hot starting problem on my 2002 l322 Td6, and after searching comments on the sight I decided to remove my crank position sensor to clean it prior to replacing it, a simple job but after refitting it the car started and ran it ok, then, I switched it off and started again it ran for about 3 seconds then died leaving me with the transmission fail safe message and now does this every time so car ain't going anywhere fast, never had thus message before so hope it's linked to me messing with the sensor....any ideas folks in a man in need
