Total chassis disaster

Been spending the last 2 months fixing the chassis on our 109

it has had

2 Rear Front spring hangers
1 Bulkhead outrigger
Rear x Member
about 800 mm both sides of its top rail replaced

Now I go to fit the body to find the body and the door line do not match, the doors do not shut and to my horror realize the chassis has sagged where I have welded the top rail.

I can't reweld as It is filled with 5 cans of shultz so im thinking it is screwed and needs a new chassis

Plan A I would try to find a way of bending it back, anchor the front and rear to the ground and put some force under the middle...assuming it bows downwards.
It would need a lot of force though...if you know someone with heavy plant equipment that you can utilise....If it suddenly folds or breaks you are no worse off than you are at the moment.

Plan B Depending on whether you are restoring to original or just keeping it on the road pack the rail tops/mounting points to level it up.

Rog8811 sums it up. Pack it out with spacers or washers or whatever. The bulkhead outrigger probably isnt in the same position exactly but again it will require spacing washers to bring it back or whack it with a lump hammer. Good luck.

Success, put a bottle jack in the door appature and pumped the bulkhead and rear tub. Now I can shut the doors, so a little bit of chassis distortion but it would seem I can rectify with the bulkhead adjustment.
