L322 Too much hassle? Upgrade Bluetooth/TV

Last year I bought my 2007 L322 Supercharged and I am delighted with almost all aspects of it except

1. I have to connect the Bluetooth every time I get in the car

2. The old analogue TV only gets a couple of channels

So i suppose my question is, Would it be too much hassle to get these upgraded? Is there a module fo reach that is cost effective to sort out this problem or am I best just getting on with it as is and saving my money to buy a newer model?

It is possible to up grade both, have a look on fullfatrr forum.

Analogue telly won't pick in any channels. If you are getting two channels, you must have a digital or hybrid system installed.
