Tire carrier latch replacement

Hi all - I've got a custom bumper on my Tacoma that was made by a
gentleman in Virginia (I'm in Texas) several years ago. I can't seem
to get hold of him anymore (email address no good and i never had a
phone number)

Here are some pictures of the broken latch - anyone knwo where to get
hold of a new one? I think it's a pretty generic part.

I even have the hardcopy catalog (Grainger) -- I always forget
them. Thanks!
