hi all, help needed with a timing belt problem.
Is there a way to change the timing belt ( cam belt) on a 1.8 petrol freelander 1. Without taking the engine completely out?
After both my drive belts snapped steering, alternator etc. I have investigated the engine and all seems ok apart from the timing belt is damaged along its edge, all timing seems to be fine as I've rotated it by hand, all marks line up and nothing seems to be bent or broken.
I've stripped it all down to get to it, but have come up to locking the engine to release the bottom bolt. Any help would be much needed.

Thanks
