tilt identification.

Hi, Can anyone help me identify a khaki tilt I bought a couple of years ago at an auction, it fits on my 88 series 3, the rear slopes down from the cab top to the tailgate, in a similar way to a bikini hood. It has a large window in the back (because of the slope/angle of the canvas). I always assumed it to be military, but who knows! It came with a pile of series/90 bits. Any ideas?

no, don't think so, it's a bit tatty and dosent fit too well because i lowered the hood stick to get my bikini hood where I wanted it. The stitching and fittings are as good as any I have seen!

I don't like the look of it myself, I fit my truck cab in the winter and use it with no roof at all in the summer, with a bikini hood in the back if needed. This top is used as a cover when parked up.

No, he said he lowered the hoop for his bikini hood, thats why it won't fit properly

No, not tried folding the screen down, if the sun comes back out I will give it a go.
