Afternoon all,
I've got a thudding noise coming from somewhere front, think its left if not a bit central. Only happens when going over/into a bump/hole. It happens most of the time but not always. Been happening for the last two days. I noticed my front left spring hand dislodged front left, i put it back in place but this wasn't a successful fix of the problem.

Maybe you have lost a coil off that spring. Or could be bushes shocks, radius arms, panhard rod maybe track rod end... best to get under there with a bar and wiggle everything

Your Landy sits on the springs and it's a heavy thing! You should not be able to move the spring. Or, did you jack it up, via the chassis, and allow the axle to drop right down? Without further info I'd agree with Kev12 and say it sounds like you've had some spring snap off. If that spring is loose and creating a knock, then a few coils have snapped off because the spring on the other side must be taking the weight of the entire front end.

Another thing mate. It's traditional and considered polite, to introduce yourself here INTRODUCE YOURSELF before posting on one of the forum pages.

It's also worth a quick look at your panhard rod bush - where it connects to the axle, it's pretty much exactly where you are talking about.
