Can anybody help me, ive just done a cylinder head rebuild on my series 3 2 1/4 diesel and am now refitting the thermostat housing i bought new gaskets one is a paper gasket and the other is slightly thicker which one goes where top or bottom

hole in center differs larger hole needed for thermostat smaller head to housing
