and wtf is the advantage of just cutting off the boot? surely its just made it even colder in there? :crazy: i wonder what the person buying it has in mind for it
 
the headlights look in good nik, maybe he just loves to way overspend on bits like that? did you see the pics of mine in the end wlm?
 
ha i dont drive with it on, i was going away for 2 days and had to leave her out on the street so put that on to keep it just a bit safer, u know, might put someone off for 5 mins.
do you know where i can do a winch tuition day in my own motor? want to see what that cheap winch is up to, seems ok while i have been playing with it

tbh your better off going out with someone and being shown the how to and how not to.

i compete in winch challenges/punch events although im no expert i do know how to use a winch

also goodwinch do a winching techniques dvd which is good for a beginner

have ya got a snatch block yet?
 
you should know better from all my threads, i have bought the works, snatch blocks, shackles, tree shrops, right down to the gloves and have watched plenty of 'youtubes' but watching it just isnt the same. for e.g i want to see if it will work if iim stuck in deep water?? but if not i would be ****ed testing that on my own! haha atleast on a course there would be someone to tell me. i think i know most of the theory behind winching very well but have had no practice
