That's right: it's for sale. Well we did spend most of my time with it building it together, so LandyZone gets the first crack at it.

We'll start with the basics; it's a 2005, Td4, Manual HSE in.. 'Onyx' black(?) This was my first car ever which I rescued from a dingy looking dealers in Manchester who took it as part exchange. I'd always enjoyed LR vehicles for their tendency to "wallow" during acceleration or deceleration. Freelander was the only thing I could reasonably get insured on, and so I studied my way into getting a Td4 for the reliability factor, and a HSE to be able to enjoy all the features they packed into these. Since then we've done a lot together and reached 160k on the clock.

It comes with;

Full complement of rubber mats, plus unused spares
Rigid plastic loadspace liner for the boot
x5 Michelin Crossclimate Tyres
Lamp guards all around
Roof bars x2
Replacement badging from the green/gold to black/silver on the front grille, the tailgate, the C pillar and the steering wheel
LED replacements for the tailgate license plate illumination (cool white)
LED replacements for interior illumination (cool white)
Recent clutch replacement (Feb 2024)
Parrot bluetooth connected to the radio, allowing you to use your phone as an input to the Becker head unit alongside SD cards, USB sticks and 3.5mm audio as well as..
Brodit adjustible holder, positioned over the right hand vent, and...
Brodit power supply, for constant phone charging
Rear privacy glass, except for the tailgate
Rear power outlet/cigarette lighter socket, at the back of the cubby box
And of course, *that* feature that we all plumbed the depths of LR knowledge for
132k.jpg

As well as all of the HSE goodies.

It's a reluctant starter but it does drive under it's own power
It's currently in Lancashire
It's something a bit special
And for £1800, it's yours.
