Temp Sender

Happy Easter all,

Checking out my temp gauge reading cold issue today. Grounded the temp sensor wire, so, new sender on order. Also did me EGR blank, so feeling accomplished

Stupid question time though Can't find it in Manual.

What is the temp sender on the top of the head? The one with a plastic two pin connector? (I broke the connector, a little bit, pulling it off, but don't tell anyone)

It's for the EGR, so it can limit it's functions until the engine is up to operating temp.
