Td5's caught a cough!!

Hi all,

Just wondering if this is normal or not, but when starting her on a cold morning, about 6degrees or below she coughs 4 or 5 times (bit like a misfire) when started before idling normally. She was serviced 3000 miles ago.

Any ideas.

I have never owned a TD5 but if I remember correctly they only have 4 glow plugs although it is a 5 cylinder engine. This being the case I would think that is normal until the 5th cylinder gets off its arse and gets going.Hopefully a TD5 driver on here should be able to confirm it.
