td5 engine problems!!

hi all, have a few problems with my 90, the front damper pully has decided to give up today, this is the second one that it has gone through, i found out today that somebody has replaced the dual mass flywheel with a normal one, will this have an effect on the front pully?? also while we were taking it to bits we noticed that the shaft that the viscous fan mounts to is all wobbly so the bearing is gone, how do you replace it?? many thanks

I am facing the same problem, i am taking it to the mechanic tommorow.

can you let me know how you get on with the flywheel please, i've sorted the fan bearing, quite simple when you think about it!!
