Hard to know where to post this so I am putting in both Discovery and Range Rover.
I have a potentially mad plan but I am sure it must have been done before Has anyone fitted a 2 door Range Rover Classic body onto a TD5 chassis will all TD5 running gear. Understand there will be a few issues with electrics but surely not insurmountable .. anyone know of anyone who has done it? I have seen a TD5 into a classic but I would prefer to lift the bodys off and swap them the chassis I have is shot and although know I can repair or get another I prefer the idea of a complete TD5 with a classic body. Direction would be most appreciated.
