TD5 Disco Transfer box removal

Hi all. Has anybody got a link to this task. I'm halfway through the process but can't be sure where to disconnect linkage to L/H gearstick and I don't want to pull and damage any wiring connected to the boxes. Working on my driveway so access and clearance is minimal.
