Td5 diagnostic socket has no power

Hello everyone,

The diagnostic socket on my 2003 Td5 Defender has stopped working. Could someone tell me where the fuses are for the socket?
I'm using a Lynx evo2, which is working on my Discovery Sport, so it's not that.
