Recently my Defender has developed some starting issues not totally sure why..
Ran fine all through winter but now its a bit warmer it doesnt like starting.
Events as follows -
Key in turn - lights on - can hear it trying to turn over but cant quite get there - still turning the key - then nothing.
Sometimes theres a couple seconds delay then it starts
Other times when turning the key all that happens is the dash lights come on shortly dissapear then nothing. All you can hear is the fuel pump going.
Battery? Glow plugs? Starter motor?
Runs fine once started.
Also purged the system and the injector harness has only been on there a couple months.
