Td5 110 removing turbo ..

Hi all ..

It is very posable that im going to have to swap out the turbo, will know more tomorrow .. was prob going to get a reconditioned one ..

what I wanted to know , is how problematic are these to remove , are any of the studs prone for braking ? is there anything I should keep in mind before the swap, any tips ...

it took me 20ins to remove mine..

The studs that attach the turbo to the mani can be a ballache..

Soak some penetrating oil on them prior to the Job..

yeah , I have done that today , preempting swapping it out ..
