So I have lurked on here for a while now and so far always got good info from reading the ramblings of others!
Now cannot find any info on changing the water pump on my TD4. So couple of questions if anyone has done this job and can guide me in any way.
Have read the Rave description of doing the job and it seems that a lot of unnecessary bits are removed!
Is it really necessary to remove engine mounts to get access to water pump bolts?
Do all the hoses specified really have to come off?
How difficult is removing and replacing the ancillary drive belt without the special tool referred too?
Any hits and tips great fully received.
Had Hippo from new, done 100k miles and this is the first problem, so I am dead chuffed with it!
