td4 injectors leaking help needed

ive looked everywhere and can only find threads about testing injectors i have a starting problem it will crank over but not start the injectors sit in a resess at the top of the engine wich is filled with diesel i turned ignition on without touching anything else and one of the injectors is leaking through the top resulting in a pool of diesel is there a repair kit for injectors or does it need a new one if i got hold of a salvage on would it need programming

im so used to discoverys this seems like a spaceship to me i dont know the back from the front any help would be great

Seems as if it may be the spill return pipes leaking - the plastic join into the top of the injector can become brittle and break.

Check these - carefully remove using fine nose pliers each side to avoid breaking them - check for o ring and seating in top of injector.

thanks will check tomorrow and see what happens if they are to blame where can i get replacments ?

I'm not aware of the t pieces being available separately but as part of the pipe assembly. When mine were cracked I bought a replacement pipe assembly from my local land rover dealer and it was around £25. This was in may this year
