TD4 HSE fuse problem

The drivers side of my heated screen stopped working as the fuse had gone - after consulting the guru's on here I finally found the fuse box and changed the fuse. The problem is that the fuse (30A) keeps blowing, just on the drivers half of the screen. The passenger side is fine. Any ideas as to the cause? is it a known problem? can anyone suggest a solution?

it's either going to be a fault in the supply cabling from the fuse to the windscreen (hard to find but easy to fix when you do) or a fault in the windscreen itself, (need to have a new screen fitted)

U need to look for a live going to earth
Check the connection to the screen to make sure its not touching the bodywork/framework of car, then as said check yer live feed wire from fuse to screen, somewhere along there its possibly trapped
