TD4 Fuel injector woes

Hi

My 2005 TD4 sport, has been stood whilst I have been working away
Now back on the road and its realy sluggish then picks up all of a sudden, makes a splutter noise when changing up and loses power up hill
Took it to local garage, and he said injectors need sending off to LR and be tested ? also said very expensive job

has anyone any thoughts

testing injecors is cheap new or recon onmes arent ,go and get a price from a few injector specialists not lr £150 is average price each for new

would be thinking fuel pump / filter before injectors

Try a cleaner in system first and a bloody good run dilute as instructed for best results
