TD4 Black smoke / oil around engine!

Ok - Im new to all this! I have a 2001 TD4 which is a bit poorly. When I accelerate, or go up a steep hill, black smoke billows out of the exhaust. Also have noticed oil around the engine. Also in the last few months I've noticed a wind blowing noise coming through the passenger air vent when I accelerate or go up the gears? Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be? I have only last month had a second fuel pump changed and a clutch replaced 6 months ago... not counting a string of other problems over the last few years. Is it time to free the lander? Thanx for any comments!

youve a split turbo inlet hose. . .you have three on yer motor ,its a cheep fix ,dunt try un repair it. . .replace it asap un wipe all the oil ****e up wiff old rags un drop er white spirits. . . .un best oh luck earthling

And check whether the filter on top of the engine has been replaced already ?
