Hello all
I fitted my towbar recently and used a Jaeger 7 pin wiring kit. It connects into the OEM plug in the rear boot space. I tested it all out with my trailer tester and no problems were revealed.
Last night was the first time I drove after dark in months and I noticed that the rear fog light console switch was illuminated. So were the rear fog lights!!
Pulled fuse 10 and it made no change!! 
Today I disconnected the towbar white plug and everything returned to normal. Fuse 10 works too now and the console switch is operating correctly. I checked everything and it seems my wiring kit requires an adaption and cutting into the rear fog light wiring for correct fog light operation.
Anyone else encountered a need to cut into the rear fog light circuit?
